Thanks to the legal efforts of the Liberty Institute, as well as the thousands of calls and e-mails sent by concerned citizens, the U.S. Justice Department abandoned their unconstitutional position and will allow Pastor Scott Rainey to pray according to his faith at Monday’s Houston National Cemetery Memorial Day service.

Lawsuit Filed, TRO Granted, Rally Tomorrow

The Liberty Institute is holding a rally to be held tomorrow morning at 10:00 am on the steps of the United States Courthouse at 515 Rusk Avenue, Houston, TX 77002.
